The Ministry of Health is proposing to introduce a new mechanism for covering travel expenses for patients undergoing scheduled hemodialysis treatment from the state budget.
According to this proposal, patients will be able to travel to and from hemodialysis treatment by a convenient means of transport (taxi, private car or other transport) and reimburse travel expenses in the prescribed manner.
It is noted that this mechanism will allow patients to save time and money, as well as independently choose a means of transport.
The Ministry is conducting a survey to study the opinions and opinions of patients before implementing this initiative. The survey will last until August 15.
