As of January 1, 2026, the number of subscribers connected to the Internet via mobile communication in Uzbekistan reached 33.3 million. Over the past 10 years, this figure has increased by 25.5 million, or 4.3 times.
The number of mobile Internet users in Uzbekistan has been revealed.
According to data provided by the National Statistics Committee, the number of mobile Internet subscribers in Uzbekistan is steadily growing. The Committee records the number of subscribers connected to the Internet via mobile communication as a separate indicator in its official statistical reports.
In particular, in 2015, the number of mobile Internet subscribers in the country was 7.8 million, in 2016 this figure reached 9 million, and in 2017 - 10.3 million.
In 2018, the number of subscribers reached 12.7 million, in 2019 - 15.7 million, and in 2020 - 17.9 million.
The growth rate continued in subsequent years, with the number of mobile Internet subscribers reaching 21 million in 2021, 24 million in 2022, and 27.1 million in 2023.
In 2024, their number was 29.2 million, and by the end of 2025, this number had reached 33.3 million.
Thus, over the past ten years, the number of subscribers using the Internet via mobile communication in Uzbekistan has increased by 25.5 million, an increase of 4.3 times compared to 2015.
