**Israeli minister presents plan to forcibly expel Gaza population from their homeland**

Israel's National Security Minister, far-right politician Itamar Ben-Gvir, has revealed a plan to forcibly expel all Palestinians from the Gaza Strip and send them abroad.

Speaking ahead of the parliamentary elections in Israel, Ben-Gvir outlined the objective of this plan. He stated that during the first year, 250,000 Palestinians would be expelled from Gaza. The remaining nearly 2 million residents would be relocated over the following six years.

"This is a realistic plan," Ben-Gvir said.

He claimed there are countries ready to accept Palestinians from Gaza, without naming which countries they are.

The forced displacement of a civilian population in occupied territories is considered a war crime under the Geneva Conventions.

"Despite this, Israeli politicians are competing with each other to promote their brutal visions for Gaza," the report says.

They are rejecting US President Donald Trump's attempts to advance a ceasefire agreement, which is collapsing due to continuous Israeli attacks.

Ben-Gvir said his far-right "Jewish Power" party would demand the establishment of a ministry of emigration during the process of forming the next government. He also added that this plan is the product of one and a half years of work and is a concrete proposal.

This proposal is presented in a 20-page document. The document is titled "National Work Plan for Voluntary Migration from the Gaza Strip."

Although the word "voluntary" is used in the document, the international community considers this plan to be forced. This is because Israel has created extremely harsh conditions for the population of Gaza, and Ben-Gvir's clear goal is the complete expulsion of Palestinians from the territory.

At the beginning of 2026, an independent UN commission of inquiry found that Israel continues to commit genocide by deliberately targeting Palestinian children in Gaza.

Ben-Gvir's statement came after remarks by Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz. Katz said Israel is seeking permission from the Trump administration to relocate Palestinians from Gaza. He noted that this issue is still being discussed after being frozen by Trump.

Speaking at a Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper conference, Katz said Israel would assist the relocation by any means. This implies a policy of coercion.

Trump himself caused international outrage at the beginning of his second presidential term by suggesting that all 2 million Palestinians should leave Gaza and the US should rebuild the territory. He later backtracked on this proposal.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited a military stronghold in Gaza on September 2. He said Israel would not withdraw from the Gaza territories it has occupied.

"We will not retreat. We will stay on this line. We control 60 percent of the sector. This will continue because we are destroying the terrorists who threaten us every day," Netanyahu said.

Along with demanding the expulsion of the Gaza population, Ben-Gvir called for the deportation from the country of two MPs and other individuals, including Jews, who are not loyal to Israel. He said he would promote such a policy if he enters the next government.

Earlier, Ben-Gvir announced that gallows are being built in Israel to hang Palestinian prisoners. He said space would be allocated for the prisoners' families to watch the execution. Israel applies the death penalty for Palestinians accused of terrorism.
