Ipoteka Bank OTP Group reopens its renovated branch in Sergeli

Ipoteka Bank OTP Group has completed renovation work at its Sergeli branch and resumed operations. The branch has updated customer service areas, internal navigation system, and employee workstations.

Ipoteka Bank has reopened the Sergeli branch of OTP Group in a renovated state.

This branch provides individuals and business entities with services such as opening and managing accounts, issuing loans, settlement and cash services, and making payments.

The branch has improved customer service points and an internal referral system, as well as modern workplaces for employees.

Timur Mukhitdinov, Head of the Branch Network Support Department of Ipoteka Bank OTP Group, noted: "The Sergeli branch occupies an important place among the branch network in Tashkent. During the renovation of the branch, we paid special attention to creating convenient service areas for customers and efficient use of space. This update will create more convenient conditions for customers and improve the quality of service."

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
