Ipoteka Bank has started taking into account income from self-employment when processing mortgages
Ipoteka Bank OTP Group has launched a system to take into account income from self-employment along with official salary during the mortgage loan processing. This new opportunity is designed for customers who have an official workplace and at the same time operate as self-employed.
Now, both sources of income will be taken into account when processing a mortgage. This will help customers to demonstrate their financial capabilities more fully and increase their chances of obtaining a mortgage.
An active certificate is sufficient to confirm income from self-employment.
"Many customers receive additional income along with their official salary. The new approach allows taking into account both sources of income and assessing the customer's financial potential more accurately," said Artyom Sarkisyan, Director of the Mortgage Products Directorate of Ipoteka Bank OTP Group.
The decision on mortgage loan allocation and the loan amount is made individually, based on the income and solvency of each customer.
