Inspectors discovered violations at a construction site in Navoi.

In Navoi, inspectors discovered construction work that deviated from the approved design documentation. The violation was recorded on the fourth floor of a residential building under construction, after which the problematic section was demolished.

An inspection of a multi-story residential building under construction, located in the Memor mahalla, was conducted by employees of the territorial inspectorate for construction, housing, and utilities of the Navoi region.

During the inspection, specialists found that some of the interior work involving the laying of aerated concrete blocks on the fourth floor did not comply with the requirements of the approved design.

To correct the identified violations, construction workers began demolishing the poorly executed section immediately during the inspection.

The contractor was issued mandatory orders requiring them to correct all violations and continue work in strict compliance with urban planning regulations and design requirements.

The inspectorate has taken control of the execution of these orders.

Earlier, inspectors discovered illegal renovations in an apartment building in the Davlatabad district of the Namangan region. The owner of a ground-floor apartment had dug a passage to the basement without permission and begun building a staircase.
