InfinBANK is expanding its international financing cooperation with Enabling Qapital Ltd.
This agreement is the next stage in InfinBANK's strategic activities aimed at consistently developing cooperation with international financial institutions and investors, diversifying its resource base and increasing the share of long-term financing sources.
According to the terms of the agreement, the attracted funds will be used to finance the bank's existing and new clients in the small and micro business sector. This will allow the bank to expand its lending capabilities to clients and, at the same time, increase the flexibility of managing its resource base.
As part of the transaction, a comprehensive financial and legal analysis of InfinBANK's activities was conducted. The bank's corporate governance system, risk management practices and key financial indicators were also assessed.
The concluded agreement provides for the provision of long-term unsecured financing to InfinBANK for a period of 36 months. This will help increase the share of long-term and stable resources in the bank's liabilities.
“For InfinBANK, expanding cooperation with international investors and financial institutions is one of the important directions for strengthening the resource base and developing participation in international financial markets. This agreement with Enabling Qapital Ltd. creates additional opportunities for the bank to further strengthen its relations with international partners and expand its financing opportunities for clients,” said Ruslan Karimov, Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board.
Enabling Qapital Ltd. is an asset management fund regulated by the Swiss regulator FINMA. The fund’s goal is to attract investments that have a positive economic, social and environmental impact.
