The volume of real estate services in Uzbekistan reached 22.3 trillion soums

According to the National Statistics Committee, in January–August 2026, the volume of real estate services in Uzbekistan amounted to 22.3 trillion soums. This figure increased by 13.8 percent compared to the same period last year.

By region, the highest result was recorded in the city of Tashkent. In the capital, the volume of real estate services amounted to 14 trillion soums.

Services worth 1.7 trillion soums were provided in Tashkent region, and 1 trillion soums in each of Samarkand and Fergana regions.

In Andijan region, the volume of these services amounted to 698.6 billion soums, and in Kashkadarya region, 568.4 billion soums.

Services worth 529.1 billion soums were recorded in Namangan region, and 527.7 billion soums in Bukhara region. In Surxondaryo region, the volume of real estate services was 493.7 billion soums, and in Khorezm region, 417.4 billion soums.

Services worth 390.4 billion soums were provided in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and 360.9 billion soums in Navoiy region. In Jizzakh region, this figure amounted to 356.3 billion soums, and in Sirdaryo region, 212 billion soums.
