A new crypto shop licensed in Uzbekistan

The National Agency for Perspective Projects of Uzbekistan has issued a license to Monetex to operate a crypto shop. As a result, the total number of crypto shops in the official register has increased to 14.

The corresponding order was signed on October 26.

According to the agency, the license was granted in accordance with the regulations on licensing the activities of service providers in the field of crypto-asset circulation. Information about the company has been entered into the electronic register of licenses and posted on the official website of the agency.

According to the register, Monetex is registered in Tashkent, in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district, at the address: 2 Sairam Street. Sherzod Kasimov is listed as the sole founder of the company, owning 100% of the authorized capital.

At the same time, the licenses of a number of crypto shops have been suspended for six months. The restrictions affected Cryptocorp, C-Cash, T-Firm, and Crypto Magnat. The relevant orders were issued in August and September 2026.
