Activities of the Center for Continuous Professional Development will be established in the medical field

Starting from 2027, the Center for Continuous Professional Development will begin operating as the sole regulator in the field.

The operation of the new center will be established through the Continuous Professional Development platform. It will be launched by January 1, 2027, and integrated with the "Tibbiy malaka" (Medical Qualification) information system.

Through this platform, a national registry of providers and programs will be maintained, a personal account will be opened for each specialist, credits will be tracked, and electronic certificates will be automatically issued.

Employers, in turn, will have the opportunity to monitor information about their employees' portfolios and annual reports.

Accumulating 50 credits per year (28 credits for mid-level medical personnel) will become an investment in a doctor's future. These credits will be of decisive importance in the process of state registration and the awarding of qualification categories.

The Center will independently accredit all providers and programs based on international standards, and will also operate as a local accreditation organization for continuous medical education.
