An asterisk symbol has appeared next to his surname on the list. Such a symbol indicates that there is information about the individual's involvement in terrorism. As of now, there is no information regarding whether a criminal case has been opened against Dud specifically under the "terrorism" article.

In April 2022, the Russian Ministry of Justice declared Yury Dud a "foreign agent." In Belarus, certain materials published on Dud's YouTube channel "vDud" have also been recognized as extremist.

In Russia, in the summer of 2025, a criminal case was initiated against Dud under the article for evading the duties of a "foreign agent." In November of that year, a court sentenced him in absentia to one year and ten months of imprisonment in this case.
