In Kashkadarya, drivers identified and punished after video of dangerous driving

In the Guzar district of the Kashkadarya region, car drivers were held administratively liable after videos of dangerous maneuvers on the road during a wedding event appeared on social media. In the footage, some cars were moving without license plates.

Law enforcement officers identified the drivers and conducted preventive talks with them. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs urged anyone who suffered from the gross violations of these drivers to call 102 or contact the nearest internal affairs body.

Earlier, residents of the "Mustakillik" mahalla in the Srednechirchiksky district of the Tashkent region complained about the closure of a U-turn at the 10th kilometer of the A-373 road. Because of this, drivers have to make an additional detour of about 7.3 kilometers, and residents also pointed out risks for pedestrians.
