IMAN Invest Holding opened its first Priority Office in Tashkent - it will be headed by ex-HSBC and Credit Suisse – Thomas Funnell
Tashkent, September 7, 2026. The fintech holding IMAN Invest Holding has opened its first service office at 41 Khirmontepa Street (formerly Nikitina Street). For the company, this is a logical continuation of the customer journey: transitioning from a fully digital service in the IMANUM application to individual service with a personal investment manager.

IMAN Invest Holding has launched its first Priority Office in Tashkent — it will be headed by Thomas Funnell, a former employee of HSBC and Credit Suisse
Premium service is provided for clients with an investment volume of $10,000 and above. Wealth management services are provided by Adl Invest, a subsidiary of the holding company that holds an investment license from the NAPP.
The new office combines investment advice, client support, and a personal meeting format.
IMAN Invest Holding specialists will explain to clients in detail the operating principles of the IMANUM investment platform — the mechanism of income generation, terms, risks, and conditions for withdrawing funds. In the office, it is possible not only to receive consultations but also to personally sign an investment agreement, as well as to perform cash transactions through the cash desk.
Issues related to the products of the IMANUM ecosystem are resolved here: registration, documents, payments, and application status. Issues that could drag on for several days in correspondence are resolved in the office in just one meeting — with the participation of an investment manager who will see the matter through to the end.
A separate room is reserved for confidential conversations, intended for large investment deals, business financing, and family financial planning.
Personal investment managers (relationship managers) work with clients in the office. They accompany the client not from one application to another, but throughout the entire period of their cooperation with the company: they help build an investment strategy, monitor transactions, are responsible for the result, and remain in touch even after the contract is signed. Instead of an "operator in a chat," the client gets a specific person — a personal investment and financial advisor who helps achieve their goals.
