ICT Week 2018 kicks off today in Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan has inaugurated ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2018, its annual Information and Communication Technologies week, which is set to continue until September 29. This year's program is designed to further enhance the industry and will feature presentations on the newest achievements in the IT sector, with primary events scheduled for Tashkent and Jizzakh. The ICT Week began in Jizzakh today with the launch of the "Information Technologies For Children" campaign.
A prominent event during the week is ICTExpo 2018, scheduled for September 26-28 in Tashkent and Jizzakh, and expected to host more than 100 participating companies. Notably, the Digital Uzbekistan Forum will debut within the framework of the week, establishing itself as a distinctive expert platform for discussing current trends in the field.
