HUMO will be a key partner of the Silk Road Finance & Technology Forum 2026 and present payment solutions

The national payment system HUMO will be a key partner of the Silk Road Finance & Technology Forum 2026, which will be held in Tashkent from August 24 to 26. At this international event, which brings together regulators, financial institutions, representatives of the payments industry, technology companies, and investors, HUMO will act as a Founding Partner, actively participate in the business program, and showcase its innovative technological solutions.

The forum will focus on the development of Central Asia's financial infrastructure, cross-border payments, open financial ecosystems, tokenization, international compatibility of payment systems, and other technologies shaping the future of the financial market.

For HUMO, participation in the forum is a unique opportunity to share its experience in developing Uzbekistan's national payment system, discuss prospects for international cooperation, and contribute to shaping the future of digital finance in the region.

On the first day of the forum, Alexey Maslov, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of HUMO, will participate in the international panel discussion "Trusted Rails for Cross-Border Commerce on the Silk Road." Together with the heads of Visa, Dgpays, Nium, Parkin JSC, and representatives of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, he will discuss the development of cross-border payments, payment infrastructure compatibility, as well as security and fraud prevention issues.

The HUMO delegation will also participate in closed expert roundtables at Insights 2040, where they will discuss international payments and partnerships, acquiring and payment infrastructure development, tokenization, and new technological solutions.

Throughout the three days of the forum, HUMO's stand will showcase current projects and new technological solutions for the payment system. In particular, visitors will be able to learn about a new contactless payment scenario that does not require a traditional bank card or smartphone. This solution will be demonstrated in a presentation.

For HUMO, the development of such technologies is part of a broader strategy to create a payment experience in which the technology itself becomes virtually invisible to the user, making payments faster, simpler, and more convenient.

In addition to the technology demonstration, HUMO plans to present a new international project in the field of cross-border payments at the forum. Details will be announced later.
