The Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, Saida Shavkatovna Mirziyoyeva, has been appointed to the position of Governor of the Tashkent International Financial Center, while retaining her current post. Among the key tasks are also representing the financial center in cooperation with international organizations, investors, and partners in Uzbekistan and abroad, as well as participating in personnel decisions, including the appointment of the Executive Director of the financial center's administration, their deputies, and making recommendations on the leadership of the financial services authority.

In addition, the Governor has the right to conclude agreements, establish working groups, and involve experts.
