Google offers Uzbek students one year of free Gemini AI Plus access
University students in Uzbekistan can get a free one-year subscription to Google’s Gemini AI Plus plan, which offers expanded access to the company’s AI tools and 400 GB of cloud storage.

Google is offering Uzbek students one year of free access to Gemini AI Plus.
To take advantage of the offer, students need to go to Aileaders.uz, a platform run under the Five Million AI Leaders initiative, and confirm their student status, the Ministry of Digital Technologies said.
The offer became available after SheerID, Google’s international student verification partner, added Uzbekistan to its list of supported countries following an agreement arranged by the ministry.
According to the ministry, the subscription usually costs $4.99 per month, so the 12-month offer is worth nearly $60 per student.
The plan doubles Gemini usage limits and gives access to the Flash Thinking model. It also includes Google Flow, which uses AI to create cinematic scenes, along with expanded access to Gemini Notebook, Google’s AI-powered research and note-taking tool.
Subscribers can also use AI features built into Gmail and get 400 GB of cloud storage for files, photos and other content across Google services.
