GLI received recognition in Uzbekistan for game certification
Gaming Laboratories International has been included by the National Agency for the Protection of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (NAPP) in the list of laboratories whose reports are accepted for certifying gaming products in Uzbekistan.

GLI has received official recognition in Uzbekistan for certifying gaming products.
The National Agency for Prospective Projects of Uzbekistan (NAPP) has officially included Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in the list of laboratories whose testing and certification reports will be accepted by the regulator. This decision allows operators and suppliers to use GLI reports when introducing gaming products to the Uzbek market, while complying with all established requirements.
Now, as part of the official list, GLI can provide testing and certification results for use in the regulated Uzbek gaming market.
According to the company, the market is already in the operational stage: two operators have been issued four licenses.
GLI called the recognition by NAPP a significant step for the company in the developing Uzbek market.
Lukas Zavarise, GLI's Manager of Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs for the EMEIA region, noted: "Uzbekistan is moving towards becoming one of the key regulated markets in Central Asia, and GLI is proud to be among the first testing laboratories to accept certification reports under the new system."
According to him, the NAPP is committed to ensuring the controlled and sustainable development of the gaming industry. GLI plans to apply its international regulatory experience as the Uzbek market and the Central Asian gaming industry develop.
Earlier in August, representatives of GLI and the NAPP met to discuss the new regulatory framework and potential areas of market support from the company. GLI emphasized that some elements of the technical regulatory framework are still being developed. The company continues to collaborate with the NAPP as regulatory requirements are further refined.
GLI specializes in testing, inspection, and certification of land-based gaming systems, lotteries, and iGaming. The company was founded in 1989. According to its own data, during its operation, it has certified almost 2 million units of products and tested equipment for more than 710 jurisdictions.
