Gas supply to be temporarily cut off in two districts of Tashkent

Gas supply will be temporarily cut off in two districts of Tashkent

Today, October 9, the gas supply will be suspended in the Bektemir and Yashnabad districts of Tashkent. The restrictions will be in effect from 10:00 to 18:00. The reason is the relocation of gas equipment and the dismantling of a pipeline.

As reported by "Hududgaz Poytaht", in the Bektemir district, specialists will relocate a gas distribution point and a medium-pressure gas pipeline to a safe location on Zargar Street in the "Oltintopgan" mahalla.

340 private houses on Zargar, Oltintopgan, Sadovaya, Tenistaya, Ozernaya, Vishnevaya, and Solnechnaya streets will temporarily remain without gas. The restrictions will also affect eight wholesale consumers.

In the Yashnabad district, the dismantling of a 400-millimeter diameter medium-pressure gas pipeline leading to boiler house No. 7 is planned.

The shutdown will affect private houses and multi-apartment buildings in several mahallas and residential areas. In particular, more than 900 houses and apartments in the "Birlashgan", "Umid", "Makhmur" mahallas and the Aviasozlar-1, 2, and 4 residential areas will temporarily remain without gas.

In addition, the restrictions will affect 42 wholesale consumers.

After the completion of the work, the gas supply will be restored in stages.
