Former Lloyd's of London boss's relationship breached rules, firm says

The insurance market's chairman said the CEO's conduct "fell significantly below the standards expected of him".

An internal investigation by Lloyd's of London has concluded that a close association between its former chief executive, John Neal, and another director violated the insurance market's compliance rules.
