According to Uzhydromet, due to the expected rains on August 22-23, floods and mudslides may occur in the foothills and mountainous regions of Uzbekistan.

In this regard, residents of foothills and mountainous regions, vacationers, as well as drivers traveling on mountain roads are asked to take precautions.

In some places, rainwater may accumulate and flood the areas.
