Five people who went missing in the Ohangaron mountains were found at midnight

Five citizens who went to the mountains for recreation got lost in the Ohangaron district of the Tashkent region. Employees of the "Qamchiq" special rescue department found them at 00:31 AM and brought them down to a safe area.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, on October 4 at 19:37, a report was received through the "112" system that five people had gotten lost in the mountains in the area of the Chinor neighborhood of the Ohangaron district.

Based on the appeal, rescuers from the "Beshqol" duty unit of the "Qamchiq" special rescue department conducted search and rescue operations.

As a result of the search operations, the citizens were found on the night of October 5 at 00:31. All of them were brought down from the mountain to a safe area and sent to their places of residence.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations urged citizens to strictly observe safety rules when going to mountainous areas. It also reminded of the need to take weather conditions into account and to plan the travel route in advance.
