ETÉRA Mall recognized as the most anticipated shopping and entertainment center
The online resource "Public Opinion in Uzbekistan" conducted an open Telegram poll to determine the most anticipated shopping and entertainment center.
According to the voting results, in which more than 74,000 users participated, the ETÉRA Mall project won a confident victory, receiving 61% of the votes. The Broadway Plaza, Piramit Mall, and Jomiy Mall projects took second, third, and fourth places, receiving 19%, 12%, and 8% of the votes, respectively.
Timur Bakiyev, founder of the "Public Opinion in Uzbekistan" project, commented as follows:
"Tashkent is growing and developing, and the leadership of the city and the country is paying great attention to creating retail infrastructure. In this poll, we specifically included shopping centers that are in the construction or preparation-for-opening phase. I think the results speak for themselves."
As a reminder, the ETÉRA complex, consisting of a shopping and entertainment center, a business center, and apartments, is being built at the intersection of Istiqbol and Abdulla Qodiriy streets in the capital. The total area of the Mall exceeds 50,000 m². More than 100 stores will be located on four floors of the commercial infrastructure, and more than 350 parking spaces are provided in the two-story parking lot. The international consulting company CMWP estimates the daily traffic potential of this location at 23,000 people.
"The result is undoubtedly pleasing, and the expectations of ETÉRA Mall's future visitors are a priority for us. But to meet these expectations, the construction process and the issue of tenants are equally important to us right now. We have agreed with the anchor tenants and are working with the rest. The opening will take place next year," said Davron Fayzimatov, CEO of "MANAR Development," commenting on the event.
It was recently reported that "MANAR Development" completed negotiations with the anchor tenants of ETÉRA Mall. The preliminary agreements cover the main directions of the future complex — food retail, gastronomy, and entertainment.
