Elon Musk revealed he is living in a trailer

American entrepreneur and billionaire Elon Musk said he is currently living in an Airstream trailer in Memphis, Tennessee, near the construction site of a data center belonging to his company xAI.

"I am currently broadcasting from my castle, which is an Airstream trailer where I live in Memphis," Musk joked on the All-In Podcast.

Another participant of the show, SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell, also commented on this. She noted that Elon Musk is sleeping on the floor at the factory and helping with the construction of buildings in Memphis.

Musk is there during the expansion of xAI's Colossus complex, which is designed for training and running artificial intelligence systems, including the Grok chatbot. xAI is increasing the number of servers and computers training artificial intelligence at this center in Memphis. Part of the system has been leased out for use by Google and Anthropic.

Living next to production while working seriously on a project is not a first for Musk. He has previously said that he slept at Tesla factories and the offices of his companies.

Musk is currently considered the richest person in the world. On September 15, Forbes estimated his wealth at approximately $251 billion. Earlier, Musk warned about the risk of human extinction.
