Elite AFC Champions League: Pakhtakor beats Al-Hussein by a huge margin to advance to the group stage

The Elite Asian Champions League play-off match between Pakhtakor and Jordan's Al-Hussein has concluded. The Lions won 3-0 in the match held at the Pakhtakor Stadium in Tashkent and qualified for the group stage of the competition.

Dostonbek Hamdamov opened the scoring in the 7th minute. Hamdamov scored a brace in the 30th minute, scoring his team's second goal. In the 52nd minute, Pakhtakor's Iraqi midfielder Bashar Resan scored a goal to make the score 3-0. The score remained unchanged until the end of the match.

Thus, Pakhtakor earned the right to participate in the group stage of the Elite Asian Champions League. In the new season, Neftchi and Pakhtakor will defend the honor of Uzbekistan in the most prestigious club tournament on the continent.
