An insider reported that Eldor Shomurodov may continue his career in the US championship.
The St. Louis City club, which participates in the US MLS championship, is interested in Uzbek striker Eldor Shomurodov. Sports journalist Oguz Oruch reported that there is a desire to add Shomurodov, who currently plays for the Turkish team Basaksehir, to their ranks.
According to the source, the MLS club has begun negotiations on the transfer of the 31-year-old striker.
Recall that Shomurodov played in 34 matches in the Turkish Super League last season, scoring 22 goals and providing 4 assists. The player's current contract with Basaksehir is until June 2028.
