Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of Uzbekistan has granted approval for the acquisition of a 50% ownership stake in Rubicon Wireless Communication, the entity operating under the Perfectum brand, as confirmed by the regulator's press service.

The committee had previously reviewed an application submitted by citizen F. Mamatjanov. This application sought authorization for an economic concentration transaction, specifically detailing
