"Capital, advanced ideas, and honest labor have no nationality!" – President

During an open dialogue with entrepreneurs, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed his stance on the issue of dividing investors into "foreign" and "local".

"Capital, advanced ideas, and honest labor have no nationality!" said the head of state, proposing the "OZ" (OUR/SELF) philosophy as a new concept for the economy of Uzbekistan.

"OZ" stands for Uzbekistan, Ozgarish (Change), Ozlik (Identity), and Responsibility. Whoever invests in our country, brings modern technologies, and creates jobs for people—regardless of which country or city they come from—contributes to common development.

"Whoever builds New Tashkent or Shirin together with us is fully one of our own!" said the President.

The head of state emphasized that the property and businesses of investors will be under the strict protection of the law, the state, and himself personally.

Following this, the President engaged in a dialogue with investors. It was noted that the proposals voiced at the meeting would not be ignored, and relevant decisions would be adopted in the coming days. The head of state announced that he would return to New Tashkent in a month to inspect the execution of the instructions given.

In conclusion, the President called on investors and entrepreneurs to unite around a new slogan: "Your own idea! Your own capital! Your own future! New Uzbekistan, New Tashkent — ours!" He also expressed confidence that many unique projects crucial for our country will be implemented in New Tashkent.
