French prosecutors have said the bodies of two French fishermen who had been missing since their trawler sank in the English Channel have now been found.
The Maranello trawler went down off the coast of Plymouth on 29 August after reporting problems with its fishing gear, and three of the five crew members were rescued by a nearby vessel.
A large search effort involving HM Coastguard, RNLI lifeboats and French authorities was called off after two days.
Alex Dehays, deputy prosecutor in Saint-Brieuc, said divers located and recovered the bodies on Saturday after weather conditions made it possible for searches to restart.
