The former director of the Migration Agency, Behzod Musayev, has been appointed to the position of chairman of the management board of the "Vatandoshlar" public fund.
In the "Management" section of the fund, Behzod Anvarovich Musayev is listed as the chairman of the management board. Additionally, Odiljon Sattorov, who had been leading the fund since September 2021, is now listed as the deputy chairman of the management board.
The "Vatandoshlar" public fund was established in 2021. Its main goal is indicated as further uniting compatriots living abroad around their historical Motherland, supporting compatriots and the public associations established by them, and effectively directing the potential of compatriots active in various fields towards the development of the country.
As a reminder, Behzod Musayev was dismissed from the position of director of the Migration Agency on September 3, 2024, by presidential decree in connection with his transfer to another job. He had been working in this position since September 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Minister of Poverty Alleviation and Employment.
