After zoo staff posted a video showing it rolling on colorful fallen leaves, the clip racked up over 10 million views in just three days.

“David didn’t wait for autumn to arrive. He enveloped himself in autumn!” the zoo administration captioned the video.

Staff at the private zoo admitted they did not expect the video to become so popular. Some users thought the footage was generated using artificial intelligence and accused the zoo of deception. As a result, the administration was forced to post another video featuring the grey seal.

“David decided to show himself to you once more, say hello, and personally put an end to all doubts. This is not artificial intelligence. This is our beloved seal David, who simply loves rolling around in autumn leaves,” zoo representatives emphasized.

According to available information, David was born at the Stockholm Zoo. At the age of 16, he was moved to Warsaw, and from there to Borysew. Currently at the zoo, he has an outdoor pond and a saltwater pool at his disposal. David is very fond of herring and can eat more than ten kilograms of fish a day during winter days.
