Applications for placement in dormitories for prospective students have begun to be accepted.

Applications for student dormitory places have begun in Uzbekistan. Applicants recommended for admission to universities in the first round of admission for the 2026–2027 academic year are eligible to apply, according to the press service of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.

The application process for student dormitory accommodation has begun for prospective students.

Applications are accepted in two ways:

* In person – through government service centers.

* Online – through the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services my.gov.uz.

Dormitory spaces are allocated according to established regulations and are subject to availability. Priority placement is given to citizens eligible for preferential categories and those with preferential rights. The remaining spaces are distributed among the remaining candidates from the general list on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is noted that 55 to 65 percent of the total number of dormitory spaces are allocated to first-year students.

Therefore, applicants who successfully complete the first stage of admission can apply for accommodation starting August 18, using both online services and government service centers.
