An Uzbek woman who suffered a stroke was returned home from Kazakhstan.

An Uzbek citizen who suffered a stroke successfully returned home from Kazakhstan thanks to the assistance of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Almaty. Diplomats provided comprehensive assistance to the compatriot, who had encountered serious health problems while working abroad.

The Consulate General responded quickly to the situation, which required immediate intervention. To ensure the woman's return, given her condition, a certificate of return was issued. Diplomats also assisted in purchasing an Almaty-Tashkent air ticket. At the same time, the necessary coordination was completed with Kazakhstan's immigration and law enforcement agencies, enabling her legal and unimpeded departure.

The Consulate General also expressed gratitude to the Kazakhstan citizen who selflessly supported the Uzbek citizen during her illness. This woman provided her with housing, clothing, and food, and also assisted with paperwork and everyday matters.

The diplomatic mission confirmed its readiness to continue to support Uzbek citizens who find themselves in difficult life situations outside the country.

Uzbek diplomats have previously provided assistance to their compatriots, specifically by helping reduce the cost of cancer treatment for an Uzbek citizen in China.
