A new service for checking banned religious-extremist and terrorist resources on the internet has been launched on the Supreme Court's my.sud.uz portal. Through the website, users can view the list of channels and content on Telegram, Instagram, and other platforms that have been ruled illegal.

A new section called "Banned Channels" has been launched on the Supreme Court's interactive services portal my.sud.uz, reports the department's Department of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Technologies.
To use it, one needs to access the "Banned Channels" page in the "Interactive Services" section of the portal.
Through this service, it is possible to obtain information about sources and content on the internet that have been found by the Supreme Court to be imbued with religious extremist, terrorist, and dogmatic ideas, and whose import, preparation, storage, distribution, and display on the territory of the country are prohibited.

Until now, the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan has been publishing an updated list of religious extremist and terrorist content banned in the country. As of July, the number of such sources stood at 1,915.
The most common platforms on the list were Telegram (886), Instagram (405), and Facebook (276).
