Advanced developments from 19 countries around the world are presented at the MiningMetals Uzbekistan exhibition in Tashkent | Report

The 20th Anniversary International Exhibition "Mining, Metallurgy and Metalworking – MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2026" has kicked off in Tashkent.

These days, at the MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2026 venue, 163 companies and brands from 19 countries, including Australia, Canada, China, Finland, Germany, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and other nations, are demonstrating their advanced solutions, equipment, and software developments.

What is presented in the exposition

The exhibition exposition covers the entire production cycle — from geological exploration and mining to deep processing and process digitalization. The participants' focus is on technologies aimed at improving energy efficiency, productivity, and industrial safety.

In the pavilions and outdoor areas, one can see:

Solutions for open-pit and underground mining operations, drilling, tunneling, as well as modern blasting technologies;

Large-scale equipment: samples of drilling rigs of various modifications, crushing and screening plants, conveyor systems, and laboratory roller presses;

Digital platforms for geological 3D modeling, dispatching, and automated management of open-pit equipment;

Laboratory and analytical complexes for mineral research, as well as industrial aspiration, ventilation systems, and wear-resistant materials.

Participants and key premieres

The national stand of Uzbekistan is designed in the format of an integrated stand of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which unites the country's leading enterprises in the mining and metallurgical industry: Navoi MMC, Almalyk MMC, Uzmetkombinat, Uzbek Technological Metals Plant, and Navoiyuran.

Germany is traditionally represented by a large national pavilion, alongside numerous exhibitors from China and Turkey.

Concurrently with the exhibition exposition, an extensive expert program is taking place. In the spotlight of specialists is the 8th International Mining and Metallurgical Forum of Uzbekistan (UIMF), held under the motto "From Resources to Global Opportunities." Experts, investors, and representatives of government agencies are discussing industry development vectors, issues of deep raw material processing, and attracting investments.

The MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2026 exhibition continues its work, providing industry professionals with an opportunity for direct dialogue, equipment testing, and signing strategic agreements.

The exposition, organized by the international exhibition company Iteca Exhibitions and its partner ICA Eurasia Group, will run until October 29, bringing together leaders of the mining and metallurgical sector from all over the world at one platform.
