A tiger mauled a man to death, and Trump posted a video depicting himself playing with it
In a wildlife park in the British city of Doncaster, an Amur tiger named Altai attacked and mauled a man who had entered its enclosure. The incident occurred on October 10.
Three days later, on October 13, US President Donald Trump shared footage of the tiger attack on the Truth Social network and captioned his post, "Never play with nature!"
Later, he also posted another video generated using artificial intelligence. It shows Trump himself rolling around playing with a tiger on the lawn, and then hugging it.
The relatives of the deceased reacted strongly to this. They stated that the sharing of "extremely offensive content" on social media was deeply painful for them. Family members asked to stop spreading such materials. Additionally, the police urged the public not to distribute the video showing the attack.
The deceased Briton, William Chapman, was 23 years old. According to his loved ones, he was a sincere, kind, and warm-hearted young man. He had been undergoing treatment for a severe mental illness for many years and was taking strong medication.
The administration stated that the tiger that attacked the man would not be put down.
