A 2,000-square-meter shopping center and showroom featuring Uzbek electrical products has opened in Bishkek.

A shopping center and showroom dedicated to electrical products from Uzbekistan has opened its doors in Bishkek. The new facility covers a total area of 2,000 square meters, according to the Uzeltekhsanoat Association.
This project is the result of the joint efforts of the Uzeltekhsanoat Association, the Kyrgyz retail chain Electroline, and several Uzbek companies.
The new center offers a wide selection of electrical products manufactured in Uzbekistan and intended for consumers in Kyrgyzstan.
A representative of the association emphasized that Bishkek, as a key trade and economic hub for Kyrgyzstan, is demonstrating active development in the construction and industrial sectors. He noted that these trends are leading to increased demand for electrical products in the country.
The opening of the shopping center is seen as a strategic step aimed at further expanding the supply of Uzbek electrical equipment to the Kyrgyz market.
According to data presented during the presentation, the volume of electrical product exports from Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan already exceeds $40 million. To further increase this figure, the Uzeltekhsanoat Association, in partnership with other project participants, opened this showroom and shopping center in Bishkek.
The association representative also noted Kyrgyzstan's growing GDP and population. He believes these factors contribute to increased purchasing power and, consequently, increased demand for electrical products.
According to the association, this facility is the second shopping center and showroom for Uzbek electrical products opened in Kyrgyzstan.
