A new rainwater drainage pipe is being installed in Yunusabad.

Work is underway in Tashkent's Yunusabad district to prevent rain and floodwater accumulation, according to the Tashkent city administration.

An engineering project aimed at addressing the accumulation of rainwater and floodwater on Yunusota Street has begun in Tashkent's Yunusabad district, according to the capital's mayor's office.

This project involves the installation of a new 30-meter-long, 526-mm-diameter pipe. These measures are expected to effectively prevent flooding in this area during heavy rainfall, ensuring the timely drainage of rainwater and floodwater.
