A new network of Hayotlab medical laboratories has launched its operations in Tashkent.

The core of the project's work consists of automating research, quality control at every stage, and the ability to track analysis results in a personal account.

Diyora Usmanova became one of the co-founders of the project. According to her, one of the main factors that motivated the launch of Hayotlab was personal need. For a long time, she had wanted a laboratory in Uzbekistan that she could trust for tests for herself and her children.

Speaking about the opening of Hayotlab, Usmanova stressed that Uzbekistan lacked a modern laboratory that she herself would be ready to use and entrust with her children's tests.

Diyora Usmanova, co-founder of Hayotlab:

“Our idea has become a reality. We have established a modern laboratory equipped with fully automated equipment from Roche and Mindray. Here, errors associated with the human factor are minimized as much as possible. 80 percent of the specialists are highly qualified foreign experts brought in from Russia, Belarus, and other countries.”

The analysis results sheet is prepared in a convenient format to be clear to the user. It makes it easy to see whether each indicator is within the normal range or if it is higher or lower than the norm.

The results are stored in the personal account. This allows users to review previous analyses and track how indicators have changed over time.

Hayotlab also pays special attention to the ability to verify how the analysis result was obtained.

The laboratory conducts quality control every day for every test, tracks the movement process of the test tube, and re-examines any detected deviations.

If necessary, the user can request quality control data from the day their analysis was performed.

In the initial stage of its operation, the Hayotlab network unites 10 medical offices and 1 laboratory in Tashkent.

The main laboratory is located on Farobiy Street. Meanwhile, sample collection points are operating in Mirzo Ulugbek, Sergeli, Chilanzar, and other districts of the city.
