A huge tree fell on two cars near the Palace of Forums in Tashkent.
On September 2, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a huge tree fell on two cars on Makhtumkuli Street in the center of Tashkent, completely blocking the road. The incident occurred near Amir Temur Avenue, near the Palace of International Forums "Uzbekistan".
According to the Main Emergency Situations Department of the capital, no one was injured as a result of the incident. Emergency services, ambulance workers and other relevant services arrived at the scene.
The street remained closed for several hours. Later, it was cleared and traffic was restored.
