Uzbekistan’s real estate market grows by 10.6% in half year, prices continue decreasing

In the first half of 2025, 136,500 residential properties were sold in Uzbekistan — 10.6% more year-on-year. The average price of secondary housing dropped by 4.8%, while prices for new buildings decreased by 1.6%. The cost of secondary housing decreased nearly 5% in Tashkent.
