Today, the award ceremony of the “Creators of New Uzbekistan” national competition of professional skills, organized for the first time in our country for the Presidential Prize, was held at the “Humo Arena” complex.

At the event, Presidential Spokesperson Sherzod Asadov read out a congratulatory message from Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the winners of the competition.

More than 124 thousand young people demonstrated their talents and abilities at the district and city stages of the competition. This competition opened a new page in the lives of many school graduates and created an opportunity for 22 thousand young people to work, study or find their place in the labor market. According to the final results, 120 participants who achieved the highest results in ten professional areas were recognized as winners and prize-winners.

The congratulatory message emphasized the need to form the Uzbek national team from among the winners of the competition and participants who showed high results and prepare them for worthy participation in the international professional skills competition "WorldSkills International". To achieve this goal, it is planned to attract the strongest local and foreign specialists, provide the team with modern equipment and a training base.

In the congratulatory message of the Head of our state, all the youth of Uzbekistan were called upon to constantly search, acquire new knowledge and technologies, learn foreign languages, and become the most advanced specialists in their profession in order to justify the high trust of our people.

It was expressed confidence that they will make a worthy contribution to the development of our country with their work, knowledge, and skills and become the golden generation that will build a New Uzbekistan.
