Uzbekistan Stock Issuance Reaches 269.4 Trillion Soums

Uzbekistan’s share volume reached 269.4 trillion soums in the first half of 2026, according to the National Agency for Prospective Projects.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) –– The National Agency for Prospective Projects reports that Uzbekistan's stock issuances hit 269.4 trillion soums in the first six months of 2026. During the same period, bond issuances amounted to 7.04 trillion soums.

The total value of securities actively traded reached 276.4 trillion soums, encompassing 2,449 distinct securities.

From January to June, securities with a total value of 4.3 trillion soums were canceled.

By the close of the first half of the year, shares constituted the predominant portion of newly issued securities. Their volume was 38.3 times greater than that of issued bonds, a figure derived from NAPP data (269.4 trillion soums divided by 7.04 trillion soums).
