Uzbekistan's beef imports saw a 9.1% increase in the first half of 2026, with the nation bringing in 72,000 tons of the product, valued at $359.5 million. This marks an additional 6,000 tons compared to the same timeframe last year, as reported by the National Statistics Agency.
India was the leading supplier during this period, providing 33,900 tons of beef. Belarus followed with 19,600 tons, while Kazakhstan contributed 10,600 tons. Pakistan exported 4,000 tons, and the remaining 4,000 tons originated from other diverse trading partners.
Official figures confirm that India, Belarus, and Kazakhstan were Uzbekistan's three largest beef trading partners for the initial six months of 2026.
