Test: Do you know the works of Erkin Azam?
Erkin A'zam, the author of such stories as "The Land of Slaps or Slaps," "Is Heaven Its Own Rule?" and "The Year of the Father," turned 76 on August 10. To mark the occasion, the Gazeta has prepared a test based on the works of the People's Writer of Uzbekistan.

Erkin A'zam was born on August 10, 1950 in the Boysun district of Surkhandarya region. After graduating from high school in 1967, he studied at the Faculty of Journalism of Tashkent State University (now the National University).
He worked on the republican radio, in the magazines "Guliston" and "Yoshlik", as well as in the Gafur Ghulam Publishing House of Literature and Art. Since 1995, the writer has been the editor-in-chief of the magazine "Tafakkur", and in 1992-1994 he also worked at the National Information Agency of Uzbekistan, in addition, he was a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan.
In 1966, his story "Inson" was published in a regional newspaper, and in 1977, a collection of stories "Chirog o'qmagan kecha" was published. In 1981, "Otoyi's Birthday", in 1984-1988, "Olam yam-yashil", "Javob", "Bayramdan azdet kunlar" were presented to readers. In 1998, the author, who was awarded the title of "Meritorious Journalist of Uzbekistan", also wrote books such as "Zechikayoy adam", "Ertak iln khayrshafu", "Guli-guli" and "Shovqin".
Stage plays were created based on the works of Erkin A'zam "Shajara", "Jannat o'zi khadadir?", "Farrosh kampirning tushi" and "Xonadon egasi" and "Tanho kayak yakhud devonaning orzusi" (The Owner of the House) and "Tanho kayak yakhud devonaning orzusi" (The Dream of a Madman). He is also the screenwriter of a number of films such as "Chantrimore", "Peyoda", "Pakana", "Dilkhiroj", "Erkak", "Zabarjad".
In connection with the date, the Newspaper prepared a test based on the works of the recipient of the Order "For Fidokorona mehnatlari uchun".
