Saidov Receives Credentials of El Salvador's Ambassador
Uzbekistan and El Salvador discussed expanding political, trade, economic and investment cooperation during a meeting in Tashkent.
Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, accepted the diplomatic credentials from Yuri Pavel Santacruz Perdomo, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of El Salvador to Uzbekistan, on July 28.
Minister Saidov conveyed that Uzbekistan views El Salvador as a significant prospective partner within Central America. He further stated that Tashkent is committed to the steady growth of bilateral cooperation across various sectors, including political, trade, economic, and investment spheres.
The Uzbek foreign minister extended his best wishes to Ambassador Perdomo for a successful tenure in his diplomatic role. Both parties reiterated their commitment to collaboratively elevate their bilateral relationship to an enhanced level.
