Residents of one of Tashkent's districts were left without gas until the evening.

Residents of part of Tashkent's Bektemir district experienced a temporary natural gas outage today, August 7, which will last until 6:00 PM, Podrobno.uz reports.
The outage affected 270 private homes and two wholesale consumers located in the Nurli Yul mahalla, as well as on Navbahor and Zielilar streets. The outage was caused by repairs being carried out on the gas network.
Once the repairs are completed, gas supply to consumers will be restored in stages.
Earlier, it was reported that more than 5,000 facilities in Tashkent had been converted to a new two-stage gas supply system, designed to minimize the risk of outages during the autumn and winter.
