President Mirziyoyev signs Additional Measures to Improve Investment Climate in Capital Markets Decree

President Mirziyoyev has signed a new legislative act, the "Additional Measures to Improve Investment Climate in Capital Markets Decree," which officially came into force on December 22, 2025.

This decree establishes a series of objectives intended to be met by 2030.

A notable aspect of the decree is the indefinite extension of the special legal framework known as the Regulatory Sandbox, which was initially implemented in the capital markets following a Resolution dated September 2, 2023.
