Hududgazta'minot Responds to LPG Supply Complaints in Kuva

Hududgazta'minot said an inspection found no evidence that residents in Kuva district had gone 100 days without liquefied gas and urged consumers to report violations.

Hududgazta'minot JSC has released an official statement addressing recent media reports regarding liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) provisions for residents in the Kuva district of Uzbekistan's Ferghana region.

The company stated that its experts conducted an on-site investigation and found no evidence to support allegations that consumers had experienced a 100-day lapse in LPG deliveries.

According to Hududgazta'minot, the most recent LPG delivery to the M. Khasanov mahalla in Kuva district occurred on May 26 of this year, resulting in a 65-day gap between deliveries. The company confirmed that the complainants have now received their liquefied gas and have been apprised of upcoming deliveries as per the established timetable.

Hududgazta'minot also reminded customers of their entitlement to verify the weight of domestic gas cylinders upon delivery.

The company highlighted that all vehicles used for LPG distribution are outfitted with control scales, enabling on-site weighing of cylinders.

Hududgazta'minot encouraged consumers to report any instances where they are hindered from checking a cylinder's weight, or if the weight does not meet specified standards, by contacting the short number 1104 or the company's compliance control departments.

The company assured that all complaints would be investigated according to standard procedures, and if violations are substantiated, appropriate legal actions would be pursued.
