Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, the First Lady of Uzbekistan, was joined by Aigul Japarova, the First Lady of Kyrgyzstan, and Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Lady of Azerbaijan, on a visit to the Altyn Balalyk rehabilitation center. The purpose of their visit was to observe the center's activities and its educational initiatives for children.
The esteemed visitors were given a tour of the facility, observed educational workshops, and interacted with the children. A special cultural presentation was arranged for them, featuring performances by the "Shattyk" national dance ensemble and a group of young komuz musicians.
Additionally, the guests viewed an exhibit showcasing clay and felt crafts made by students from the "Akylman" Presidential Lyceum for Gifted Children.
Following this, the First Ladies proceeded to the beach area and an art gallery displaying creations by young artists. This included pieces by Uzbek participants who had achieved success in international children's art competitions held in Kyrgyzstan.
A significant moment during the visit was a ceremony where the last piece was added to a felt panel named "Tree of Friendship." This artwork serves as a symbol of the connection between the people of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan.
To conclude the program, the First Lady of Kyrgyzstan presented Ziroat Mirziyoyeva with an ooz komuz, a traditional Kyrgyz musical instrument.
